Whats OBSCENE about a woman breastfeeding her wee one? You know i have read the replies here and just shake my head sadly at them. I breastfed my baby and i found NOTHING obscene about it and never had any problems "in public".
Isnt it a real shame that so many of you slam mothers who do. I am just shaking my head SADLY at this one imagining all the babies to come having to drink that CRAPPY, NASTY CANNED FAKE CRAP they call BABY FORMULA.

I personally think that a woman breast-feeding is a beautiful sight.

I once spent an hour watching a mother and child sleep next to each other and it overwhelmed me so much that it moved me to tears.

Hey, the kid is hungry. What's the mother supposed to do? Starve her baby. This is just rediculous.

well i knew i was going to respond hell im a guy and i like looking at breasteses like the next normal male horndog but i mean lets face it it depends on what they look like and who theyre attached to the censorship might be saving us from some hideous sights that we wished we had never seen Why has this become an issue i mean if i were a woman i would think that those breast feeding moments between a mother and child are a special moment shared between the two if i were a woman i dont know that i would want some horndog watching myself and my child sharing that moment maybe theres a better way .i guess maybe im shy ..blush..blush

well obscenity is in the eye of the beholder, but nudity is undoubtable when its there and most sites say no nudity or obscenity, and unfortuanately a womans breast is a "forbidden" body part, its the last vestige of puritan values in american society

there absolutely is no reason to be posting pictures of a woman breast feeding her child, somebody give me a legitimate reason for it? and a sensible one please.

If the photo is of the woman and her child, then that should be ok.

Looking at naked flesh is cringeworthy to some, I admit.

.. and there has to be a line drawn in the sand. Where ever that line is, someone will complain.

So, I guess although we express our outrage, if we are considerate to others who are less broadminded then we need to take their feelings into account

In my experiance most women when breast feeding try to do it in private when ever possible, never have i seen a woman just flop it out and breast feed for all to see. There is absolutely nothing wrong in breast feeding, matter of fact i think all women should if feasble but to post pictures of it on websites seems kind of sick and perverted to me. But then again i'm an old fashioned guy with a closed mind on some issues. Todays generation thinks differently than what i grew up with.

Good point, Steve. A judge when asked what did he see as being obscene when trying obsenity cases said he really couldn't really describe it but he knew it when he saw it.

well i dont think a woman should post pictures of her breastfeeding a kid, not because i think its obscene because its not but because i think that whoever thinks it abscene or gets their kicks for it is sick they're looking at a picture of amother with a kid in the picture, so please ladies if ur going to post pictures of ur breasts dont do it in a photo with a kid suckin on em'
