(I'm assuming he means Africa proper and not the Middle East)...you might want to report him to the cybercrimes unit....sounds like a little more serious than someone lying about their age or weight...block him NOW from further communication if you have not already. Unfortunately on here you have to skeptical of any guy who says he's active duty, especially if he says he's out of the country. Most are scammers. The scam you are describing is actually an old one that's been around for a few years now. |

Hmmm...scammers usually don't want to talk to you on the phone and there is a reason for that....in short I would never in a million years do any financial transaction for him....PERIOD! JMHO.

I've seen this scam a few times. Never fell for it. But I did to a point enjoy wasting the scammers time while they tried to talk me into opening an account in my name. If you give them the account info your are especially in trouble as now they have everything they need to steal your identity. This isn't just a scam where they are trying to steal your money. they are also phishing for info so they can use it to open up more account in your name and trash your credit in a very big way. Call that person a retard, tell them they have a small dick and then block them and never talk to them again.

I just wanted to add that I didn't even read everything from your original post. I read up to your saying he wanted you to open an account in your name. I don't have to read more to know the rest of the story. I've had lot of contact with scammers. Wasting their time and insulting them. It's not to hard to identify a scam. Just use common sense and most of the time it will tell you what you need to know. Like how full of crap that person is. hahaha
