Well this one only took 5 days to figure out. I love google. He said he was a building contractor and was going to a town in Turkey to build a large shopping g mall well I google the town and one was just built in October not to mention the second day he asked what my job was did I own my home and what I made per month in income but the topper was he already loved me lol. I need to mention it wasn't this site. Where this guys come from and the odds of how I attract them is beyond me. But thanks google

Yup, How pathetic is it that most of these men are just trying to scam women out of money.
I have seen my share of pathetic loosers on this site and can spot them easily.
But I also have met a few nice good ppl also... Keep up the good detective work!
Good luck winking

right...years ago when I first started up on here I had a few encounters of those types. One even called me on the phone, supposedly from England, he was very poor at answering questions and good at asking them. that's another good indication lol

that is why now I seldomn message for long with anyone who is not from the forums and/or who I have not known for quite awhile on hereflowerforyou

I met a guy on here who is supposedly a Chemical Engineer. Shortly after we started conversations he told me he was going to China for a job. I gave him my phone number and used g-mail because he said he was closing down his profile on here and didn't want me talking to anyone else. Funny thing is, when I first started talking to him I heard a rooster in the background. Once he was in China I still heard the darn rooster. Now I was born at night but not last night. So I knew right off something was not right. But I played along because he had the sexiest voice and laugh. Anyway, he started telling me how much he loved me. Uh huh! Yeah right! Next thing you know his voice sounds very upset during the next call. So I ask him what's wrong and he tell me that he really didn't want to tell me. I said okay and he proceeded to tell me that the courier who is supposed to ship his chemicals (which are somehow needed to do his assessments) was in a terrible accident and lost his leg. So stupidly I asked him if there was anything I could do (thinking I could maybe make some phone calls for him). To which he responded, "really. I need $22,000 so my shipper can send the chemicals." No can do Bubba. He is persistent I must say that for him. He says he's a widower with no children but I heard a child last night and the same darn rooster! This morning I blocked his calls. I also think he's responsible for sending me a virus on my g-mail that has been capturing my keystrokes. Went and changed my bank accounts yesterday and got more virus protection. Ladies beware of those predators. Do not give your phone number out or be enticed to go to another e-mail. Stay right here.

To avoid viruses getting confidential information I use one of my old computers for buying stuff and banking. I also have an email address I use only for financial stuff. I just wiped the drive, re-installed the operating system and that is all I use it for. I also run my browser sandboxed in sandboxie. You can set up Sandboxie to delete all the information at the closing of each session and have it revert back to it's original installed state. Then I run ccleaner if I want. I also have a few addons to block stuff. No scripts or not scripts is pretty good but blocks a lot of webpage functionality so I have to disable it every once in a while. About 8% of computer viruses aren't detectable.

Sad some of these scammers just keep recycling the same tired scripts. Somebody must be falling for it or they would not waste the time to do it.

I have to wonder why if the script sounds so lame people fall for them but maybe people yearn for contact with anyone so bad that they are willing to believe anything. Pay any amount not to be alone.

Seeing middle aged and mature people bilked out of resources they should protect for when they really need them seems particularly sad.
Having financial reserves may seem fruitless if you don't have someone to share it with but the reality is most of us are going to continue to survive a couple decades longer than we expect. They can be particularly bitter if you have let someone swindle you out of your resources.

Maybe a heads up for adult children who are neglecting to give their parents and grandparents the emotional support and or computer how to's to protect themselves. Specific things like legit security software, where to find scammer identification sites, and how to document the info they are told. We defend our children from predators but often neglect vunerable folks who are sometimes excruciatingly isolated and lonely.

I got a mail today from some guy with an empty profile, claimed he's in the military, and had a photo where you couldn't tell which one of the guys he was, until you read his ethnicity at the bottom. Ironically his email was a lot longer than the profile description. Delete delete delete...frustrated

Also, why is it a "thing" now to lie about being in the military? Is that the new panty-dropping line or something?

That's silly sweetest, That's just how us British are.
we always answer a question with a question.
We always throw a "wouldn't yu" at the end, and
"would you like some pees with that luve .
But we are very polite, like what would the next
guy say if he can home and his wife was in bed
with three guys? I said." ello.. ..ello....ello
you want some corn with that luve:laughing:

Its only a heartless and wicked people that would tell white and red lies to reap where they didnt sow.Its even more unfortunate that those gullible ladies that fall victim to the scammers pay attention to them more than genuine men who may not have sexy words and lies which ladies prefer

Actually this is the first dating site i have stumbled upon that is for free ..i actually liked what other dating sites like match.com etc are doing you cant chat without buying a membership ticket .so it actually seperates scammers from real guys who are after love

It is easy to life military photos from sites and their name is right on their uniform so it is an easy persona to create. So few people serve in the military compared to the general population not many know when they are lying about stuff

You go Mommas! Keep vigilant! It's amazing to me that they still try? Haven't we all been given the Scammer 101 exam.
For me... If they aren't from this country... immediately crossed out.
Asking, what I do for a living immediately after texting me.. another cross out.
and the topper.... " Hi, you are hot sexey womens, I want to mary you " DELETE
