Zee...one doughnut  You do know they're like those Lays potato chips commercials (You can't eat just one). Oh well, one for the road will do  It's a busy weekend for me and I have a project I'm working on for my dining area. I'm hoping to get that mostly done within a week. I'll finish it in the spring when I can take it outside and work on it again (dining table/chairs). Seems I'm downsizing a little and that's a hard thing for me sometimes  Thank you for the doughnut I made a fresh pot of coffee for anyone that needs it  Oh and we're low on Kahlua and Bailey's Irish Cream. I guess they mix too well with the coffee
Oh and Leigh Next time you trip and tear your jeans I think there's a miniature sewing kit under the bar somewhere

Nah shes just a friend and too young for me. I can't seem to shake the guilty feeling knowing I have friends with kids her age. we's cuttin down on the sweets peoples.. (I'm already sweet enough ) so only making a small batch from here on out.. that said.. hippie..  eat ONLY ONE! 'n leave the rest for others...

I hear ya.. doin the same here but after awhile?? it's totally LIBERATIN though.. and ya can't stop!!
you should take some 'before & after' shots.. and some showin progress too.. I've done that on all my projects.. when the assessment guy came by I showed him the pics.. he's was THOROUGHLY impressed to the point he jacked my evaluation price up another $75k..

happy SUNDAY peoples
well.. woke to wet, whitish crap that I had ta shovel 
I's hates when it weights a ton 'n gets stuck to the shovel.. 
but it's done
now just takin a moment to share a cup with familia.. then get crackin on chores.. man.. it NEVER ends huh 
anywho.. did a bunch of stuff yesterday.. so far gotten rid of 14 green garbage bags full of 'stuff' for the poor (and dropped 'em off) plus I already got 3 new bags ready.. and I'm not even CLOSE ta being done upstairs..  thank GAWD I only have 2 floors 
this is gonna be a KILLER year for renos though.. have 2 things that absolutely NEED to be done.. garage roof AND new retaining wall for my property  this is gonna hurt financially but what can ya do huh  as long as the paychecks keep comin.. OR.. I find a roommate but up side.. already started 1 new work project Thursday.. and another new one of Friday
