I say if their is a Mingle meet at some point it should be done in Vegas. 
Oh dear, you want to marry us Minglers off right away? 
I vote for a somewhat more relaxed place. Vegas more on my list of places I never wanna go to 
Too many lights, too much fake and plastic, too many people. An open place in the woods or on a wide beach would be far better :D Nice campfires, music -which we can also make ourselves-, drinks and food. And NO priests or judges allowed! God forbid you wake up with a wedding band around your finger ... I don't mind getting married again, but not overnight, lol . . . Fine. Disney World it is then.

i totally agree that Crystal is very clever
i realised that at Jimmy's threads, when she mentioned the detail nobody caught. she is very careful, she catches the details. i would like to meet her. she has a got a bit of sharp tongue, but that may be because she is so straight forward. but smart people most of the time do. |

Bleep ... just told my mom this afternoon that I was ever so glad that my daughter's plans to take me to Disney World got canceled ... I don't want to go to Disney World... Tell you wot, you go to DW, the rest of us go to this gorgeous beach, huge bonfire, drinks, music, dancing, and stuff. The 'and stuff' can be all kinds of everything of course ... As long as there ain't no marriage officiant present

Lol I'm with Crystal I don't want to bring home a husband as a present for the kids lol. Exactly! I'd like to be properly wooed and stuff before I marry, plus the dress I'd want will take at least 6 weeks to make. ANd I'd have to fly to the UK to have it made. So an overnight rushed wedding is not going to work

I am really quite sweet and gentle, although I do have the Taurus streak and stubbornness, and a typical Dutch down to earth mentality... Thing is, when I first got here, I almost got eaten alive  I really didn't know what hit me! I was used to communicating with other intuitive, spiritual people, Mingle is somewhat different, hihi.
I was even told I just had to toughen up, so yeah ... What does a girl do? At Mingle my Taurus can graze a bit, and I save my more sensitive, intuitive side for my own spiritual forum  Although when the occasion calls for it, I show it here just the same.

Painting ... I've been in the States for nearly two weeks, only got back Tuesday last. Then put my back out on Wednesday, so I can't really paint at the moment. But it will come, once my back is feeling better again :) I'm really looking forward to being able to get behind the drum kit again! I think that'll happen before I start painting again, even if it's for half an hour only
As soon as I'm painting again, I will post updates in my topic under "Art ..." :)

I've seen this movie -can't remember the title- and the girl turned into a complete demanding biotch after he'd proposed If I'd been the groom to-be, I would have broken off the engagement on the spot!
Don't think any Dutch man would put up with a bridezilla, lol The dress, yes!! I didn't have the dress I always dreamt of so I'd love to have a gorgeous dress! It's a fantasy dress, custom-made by an English woman. All her designs are absolutely wonderful!
