Was reading up on it somewhat: I wake up over and over during the night and have trouble going back to sleep. Many days like today I'll get up super early ..(4 am today)...cannot go back to sleep. End up online because its to early to do anything else. It is worse when Im under stress but it happens a lot and Im exhausted. I hate meds and tried all the usual stuff ...cutting caffein , take a bath, ect. Any advice?? yawn

I had to deal with insomnia from a age I myself have found very few things that work for me but, others I know with insomnia have tried herbal remedys with good results. Cut of activities that keep the mind working like tv, work project, etc. or working out. There was a web site that has a lot of information on it i don't remember what it's call off hand but it's something like healthyliving.com or something like that. I hope that helps:smile:

Herbal remedies are good. Like a good sleeping potion tea, like Celestial brand Sleepytime tea (at Walmart) or Bija brand Sleepwell tea (find it at herbal stores).

Melatonin is very good and effective in helping you sleep. It is inexpesive and can be found at any pharmacy. Get a good brand like Jamison.

Chamomile.
