Topic: Is there a reason why you are single?

Because most women r bat ** crazzy! Started talkin to this girl. only a few msgs then one dat she sent me her number, so i text her twice with no reply, two hours later after i fell asleep she finally replies. I woke up to 20 text of her going off the handle about how I'm sum kind of scum bag just leading her on n messing with her feelings n , mind you that all our conversations prior were strickly platonic only talk about work n such. By the end of her text. We had done been thru every kind of fight any normal couple would have and she broke up with me. I had no idea we were even a couple. There was never any mention of any kind in any of our conversations . just goes to show how bat ** phsyco crazy some women can be.. Ps she from this site

Sometimes it is a choice but there comes a time when you feel the longing to be with someone. But not out of despair and loneliness why I seek my man, I want to believe there is someone destined for me. So being single is not a status but a life to be lived and be filled with all the goodness in this world.

Always wondered is there a reason why I am still single after 2 years now? Am I doing something wrong? Dont even have any lady friends. Scary!! It could have something to do with your user name.

the longer I am alone, the more I remember the work it takes to deal with others,,,and the less appealing it becomes the older I get the longer the list of turn offs and shorter the list of turn ons which ends up that Im ok enough with my own company to settle for the company of anyone that is turning me off,,, at least online in real time, I do nothing but hang with family or work, and Im not into incest or mixing business with pleasure,,, so I have no real chance to meet any potential partners,,,

Single, because I like solitude. Single, because I don't want to share. Marriage is a commitment to share time and space. I like not having to explain why I made a purchase or where I've been. No schedule, I do it my way with no worries.

So far this thread contains many good "reasons" for people being single. I just hope for many of you that they are really reasons and not excuses. It takes a lot of strength to make oneself vulnerable to another, even more when you feel betrayed or hurt.

In almost anything there is a reason behind the reason. I know I could do things other than work and hang out with the crew (family) but I don't that often as tho' I have become almost too comfortable in my own skin...lol Honestly tho I do not often meet anyone that I am attracted to in that way, and my behavioral expectations are pretty high... but there is always hope
