I'm a "christian" and I'm gay. Problem is I'm still in the closet. Afraid to come out, and don't want to stay in either......what can I do?

Welcome it must be difficult. I have a nephew who is gay he came out early at 18 and everyone accepted it and he was so glad he did and didn't hide it. Only you can make that choice good luck

it does'nt matter if u're in doors or nt d main issue is that your present habbit does nt potray any sense of a righteous living. Christ is the only remedy. It is very easy to form a habbit but it is difficult to stop that habbit. And also bear in mind that u are the one who will face the punishment for what u're doing not even the devil who is pushing u to do such thing. U have no excuse sinning. U must meet christ as fast as possible bcos u are close to death and a life that dies without christ wil end up in hell. Sir u must run away from sin before death catch up's with you pls meet christ.

34 Jesus replied, “Very truly I tell you, everyone who sins is a slave to sin. 35 Now a slave has no permanent place in the family, but a son belongs to it forever. 36 So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed. 37 I know that you are Abraham’s descendants. Yet you are looking for a way to kill me, because you have no room for my word. 38 I am telling you what I have seen in the Father’s presence, and you are doing what you have heard from your father.

LOL!

WWJH- WHO WOULD JESUS HATE!

Are you planning on standing before the Pearly Gates and gain entrance with the plea- Oh Lord, I have hated who you taught me to hate! Or will you say I have loved as you loved me

Go at your own pace. Keep honest to yourself, but choosing if and when to come out is your choice only.

For a 3rd post, you gave awesome advice.

todihouse - Listen to pkh and Vienna. ONLY you can make that decision. Obviously you know what is keeping you in the closet, per say, and it is NOT an easy decision to make.

Religion debates belong in the religious threads. Let's please follow this op's question.

Find peace in your heart and be true to yourself no matter what you decide. The road is never easy. flowerforyou

the op mentioned he is Christian,, probably why Christians are finding it relevant

a Christian is more than 'true to theirself',, they are also trying to be true to God,,,

there would be much les strife in this world today ,if it was a God of their Own Understanding, instead to always have to believe in a God of someone elses Understanding!

Maybe if you looked again, you'd see that my answer wasn't to the Original Poster, but rather to his Fellow "Christian"!

I just don't get the analogy,,
one has to do with helping people with their physical needs,,

which is different than this discussion,,,

no,, I just think it has nothing to do with the discussion

this discussin was not about feeding people, or helping people or caring for people,, which we are to do

this was about advise regarding a certain behavior,,,,
