When we got in fights it didn't involve guns, we squared off, boy to boy. Schools had little problems because they had prayer and discipline.

Agree with all you mentioned Kik. Music was better, more original. No texting, just talking. Obesity was all time low. I'm an 80s child but I love the best of the old and new.

When penny candy actually meant 3 for 1 cent so 25 cents bought you quite a bit of candy!

Going to the show (The Capitol Theater) was a quarter and on the corner was a white van selling French Fries that you could smell all across the small town and for dirt cheap too! Yummmmm!!!!

Wow I see you had a Capitol Theater in your town as well and that penny candy would last you all day long...lol...," No-Hunkcees" we use to say when we did not want to share our penny candy.

Sorry, but we didn't have prayer when I went to school, and we had little problems.

Not everyone needs to be religious to respect others.

stronger families

more moms and dads raising kids, instead of financing them

more value on commitments instead of just sex,,,,

more clear family roles which worked together for a strong family unit, instead of individuals coming home to the same building every day

less stigma in stigmatizing unhealthy behaviors and choices
clearer well defined gender roles

it starts with family,,,as it goes, so goes society
