Staying inside with the air conditioner and getting ready for an indoor gathering I'm holding tomorrow. Lots of goodies to make and chicken breasts to stuff so that all I have to do is pop them in the oven for tomorrow
 Nothing better than trying to get as much done ahead of time as possible

Just got home from a 5.5 mile hike. I went alone and I'm so glad I did. It was so peaceful and starting at 7am meant I had the whole mountain to myself for a while.
Time for some food, rest and then I have a couple tarot readings to do today. |

Today is a bit more tough, but absolutely no burden. My aussie female friend is in hospital at the moment, suffering with breast cancer. It was manageable at first, but when it started attacking her stomach and bowel, then it got REALLY nasty. She was sweating lots earlier today. I go visit her every day. She is such a sweetie, so I think she deserves to live a full life.
 I'll be visiting her again tomorrow, of course. I just dread.............you know.

Did everything already, just jamming to some tunes now. And trying to convince the women not to run up the count in guys vs gals.

Helped mum with household chores as usual. I do my own laundry, and my own meals though. I don't expect her to do stuff for me. Been sending off my CV to quite a few companies. I send mine ten times, everyday. To ten different one's. Not ten to the same one, because that would just look desperate.  . Pay is pay. Can't afford to be choosy, as long as you're earning SOME money at least.
I think I'll go cool the ferret's down with my fan, because they must feel hot under all that fur. Especially given how hot it is right now. Bless them :) Ferrets!!!! Cool :-) |

Having a quiet day, after a day at the zoo with the grandkids yesterday.

My mind is working slowly, because it's so humid.
. Gonna take a cold bath, and get my passport ready for a holiday in Ibiza with a few mates, dancing, drinking, and....................you know the rest ;). Wonder if I end up meeting my next lover there. Ha ha.

9 mile hike this morning followed by In N Out cheeseburger. Now it's nap time.
