Topic: ~~~~~~Warning Lables~~~~~~~ | |
---|---|
Okay here is one to think about....
To start off with, Why is there a warning label on hair dryers and other such appliances that say "DO NOT USE IN THE BATHTUB" ?? If you grew up in a country with electrical service and indoor plumbing, went to school long enough to learn to read, and are capable of self-grooming methods then shouldn't you already know better than to mix sparky and splashy?? I mean this is not for little kids to know for they could not read the label anyway... Adults should have taught them what it means to mix electrical things with water will do... So come on name out other labels on items that make you go duhhh |

What about the label on mattresses and such that say 'Do not remove under penalty of law'?
Does the police come check your mattresses when you're not at home? |

I seriously thought this was about people who should have warning labels. Even if they did have them ya think everyone would actually believe the warning label?... But ya know warning labels all end up on the item due to someone was stupid enough to do that which caused the Warning to be placed on it... Just makes you wonder |

I am very fond of the warnings issued over
certain drugs sold via TV.. "May cause drowsiness, nausea, or death..if any of thee happen to you, stop using this product immediately.." Okey dokey ;-) |
