man.. the past 24hrs have been a freakin (won't say nightmare but dang close) pain in ma buttski.. holy hanna.. hardly slept a wink last night cuz the grandson is teething.. he  most of the night poor lil bug.. I feel for him.. but I'd feel SOOO much better if he'd let me SLEEP more than once in awhile..  I know it'll all calm down soon enough.. I'm just pining over the time lost is all 
well.. been a less than 'good day' but at least I still have my smile.. between the 's that is

yup, mouth guard and reducing stress so I don't clench my teeth..  who the heck is the doc kidding??? reducing stress.. now that's a funnny
also, he flat out told me I have to lose 60-70 lbs
