IDK, I think i sense more underlying anger than overt sadness, which is sad and it makes me angry.

I run across so many sad and frustrated people here and on facebook. Is there anyone who is happy? Does anyone feel the joy? ... or am I the only one? WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY? tgif makes me hap hap happy! :)

The only time I feel unhappy is when someone dies, or when I get ill with one of those really defiant stomach viruses. Other than that, I'm always happy enough. It all depends on the way you think

I'm generally happy and i think it shows coz i get complimented about it...like.. "Hey...you look happy!"...yeah..something like that...come to think about it..nothing is permanent except changes so no use worrying too much about something that's here today, gone tomorrow...(jm2c)

Something that is interesting to read. A show I like. Generally simple things. I suppose that makes me a bit odd to some people.

Times are hard and people are angry and sad, however I have learned that life can get worse real quick so I concentrate on the things in life I enjoy and be happy. I love life and people and enjoy Gods blessing to me everyday.

Is inner peace and Joy the same thing as happiness? I think inner peace and joy are more accepting what is and making the best of it Where happiness is seeking fulfillment in that which you endeavor to obtain in life and making those things reality... Many things can make one "Happy" Far fewer can actually "Fulfill"

I am happy my JOY comes from the inside. Circumstances do not determine whether I am happy or not. Joy is unspeakable and full of Glory!!
