I run across so many sad and frustrated people here and on facebook. Is there anyone who is happy? Does anyone feel the joy? ... or am I the only one? WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY? Well, so far, I wake up every morning on the right side of the sod. Guess, if I could feel up Joy every morning, I'd be happy |

A lot of people don't realize that happiness is not a goal to be reached or a possession to be captured..it's a state of mind drawn on an emotion you can tap into at will.
Or as I like to say... happiness is just a choice away. |

Because we're here, (or also frequent some similar places), we demonstrate we are still looking for something which is missing, so we are not satisfied with what we've got, which is dis-satisfaction, which leads on to other negatives. People totally happy would naturally be elsewhere, doing other things, so the balance will usually be in the not so chipper range. Sing the Ren and Stimpy chant out loud: happy happy joy joy . . . It makes me feel better.

A wise man once said something to this effect...happiness is like a purfume. You can't sprinkle it on ohers without getting a few drops on yourself. Try making someone else happy and see if it's not true.

If you look for humor in all things, you will find happiness too. Hard to be sad when you can see funny stuff everywhere.
