We are a nation of laws! When we allow those laws to only be used against us, what does that say for our nation or it's leaders and enforcers?!
I can only think of two things..... lack of patriotism or corruption is at the wheel! We didn't force any of them to break the law, we shouldn't be forced to allow them to now get away with it! |

Citizen babies are taken from criminals all the time and placed in temp homes, but if the child is not a citizen or a green carded student..... they are just as guilty, and if the parents didn't think to consider that..... maybe they will next time. We have to abide by the laws, and I'm sorry for them, but they have less rights than a citizen.... being criminal they should suffer the law. |

I believe that was an amendment to the constitution passed for the protection of children of former slaves. Not for the children of illegal immigrants. It doesn't matter why it was passed, the 14th Amendment still defines a person born in the USA as being a natural-born U.S. citizen. See United States v. Wong Kim Ark |

The law is the law. If you question any of it you must question all of it.
That's not a nut anyone wants to crack! Simply follow the law or put it to a vote for change. Since that has not been done, in either case, deportation is still the law, of all guilty parties, even minor children under laws of "guilt by association". Blame the criminals, not the law or the people who wish to enforce it, pay taxes to enforce it or the programs the illegals benefit from by violating it. Eliminate the benefits and you eliminate the problem |

those of the age of consent are getting punished,,,those who are not should not be,,,, there is a difference, for instance, between a child of 10 whose parents make them drink liquor and smoke,, and a child of 17 who CHOSE to do it IM sure the 10 year old would not be PUNISHED for what was forced by their parents,,,there is a significant difference,,, |
