Illegal adults are irresponsible. They chose to put their kids at risk and risk having their kids yanked.

As I explained earlier.

The law puts minor kids into protective custody, juvie, while the parents are being processed. That is as it should be.

When it is time for deportation, the kids are reunited with their law breaking parents. As it should be.

I tried loading your story 4 times on Firefox. Every time Firefox crashed. HMMMMM.

I switched to IE to read the story.

Had to bump it. Couldn't see it lost at the bottom of the last page.

The best and safest place for the kids is Juvie while the parents get readied for deportation.

I spent time in Juvie as a kid. The ones who did no crime were separated from those who had done crime. They had more, supervised, freedom of movement and activities kids enjoyed.

The Feds have no liberty to place the kids with other adults. That would set them up to lawsuits. When they take custody of kids, they have a set plan they have to abide by.

Perhaps, we could do it the way Mexico does. The Illegal parents are locked up and the kids are set to the streets. No taxpayer costs to care for more than the Illegal who will spend time, up to a year, before being deported.

but if the argument was AGAINST spending tax money, wouldnt juvie defeat the alleged purpose too?

The feds wouldnt have to place kids in fear of any lawsuit when the PARENTS are making the decision about where the child is placed,,,,

Illegals have rights here?

I like the Deportation Law just like they are.
Although, Hussein could untie Immigrations hands and allow them to do raids and more deportations.
They keep the Illegal and their kids safe.

As long as Hussein and DHS don't do their jobs, there will always be an Illegal problem.

Fine hell outa' the Corporations that truck them in.

Take away the food, the rats will leave.

Uh, duh?????

The kids belong with their parents.

It would be inhumane to keep them from them.

no, kids belong with parents IF the parents decide they are someplace the kids belong

otherwise, Im gonna prefer my kid stay with my actuary sister who she has grown up around in the safe neighborhood with good schools

than to have her in a neighhorhood with drive bys and home invasions being the norm,, just to say I 'kept them with me'

yeah, I kept them in danger out of false pride is what I did

parents look out for the BEST INTEREST Of their child, and parents arent always in environments that fill that interest,,,
