Here we are broken hearted,
looking back on how this started.
We loved, we laughed, we shared a life,
living dreams as man and wife.
The skies turned blue from dark to light,
holding true, love at first sight!
As time went on things start to fade,
that once bright light turned into shade.
The dark set in on us again,
we know now why, how things have been.
We hate to have to let this go,
the time has come, and we both know.
The sun will rise with new hope for,
the one we seek, or even more.
To make that light shine once again,
for this is now, and never then...

When we are faced with a relationship that is no more we seek for the answers of what happen to that spark that once was. Within time we may not find that spark with that one again but with another and we learn from the road we have traveled...
