I have 2 tats. One with my Cherokee heritage and the other a memorial. I do a lot of volunteer work mostly working with young special needs children. Although my wolf tattoo can be considered a little scary, these children often open up because of it. Questions like why is ur wolf mad or why do u have a scary "dog". We will talk about its meaning to me. They will ask can they pet it. I often feel honored because these children often do not speak or even touch other people. So for $125 I have brought some of these children out of their silence opening a whole new world to them and their families. So yes some tats can be too much but u never know how they can change your life or the life of others. It shouldnt matter who they are on, they must have a meaning to that person. And should be respected not ostracized.

But dos 1ns with tatts on butts etc raise ma eyebrows a lot

I actually have a tattoo BUT it is somewhere that no one can see. I am not a big fan of tattoos myself..but to each their own.
I have always told my boys..IF you get a tattoo, get it where you can cover it. Employers notice these first thing and they are not attractive. IF you have a professional job, you better be able to hide it.
Now Adam Levine...he is sexy no matter if you can see all those tattoo's or not.

I have one tattoo but for me it was something that touched my heart when I was 10 yrs old I watched my grandmom pass away from breast cancer so when I was 43 I got my 1st tattoo of a cancer ribbon and the word love. faith .courage

Personally, I work in higher education and my tattoos have never been an issue. It's amazing that there are still so many close minded people out there.

I believe that Tattoos are an expression of who we are and i wouldn't not go out with a girl just because she has tattoos.
