I don't normally do this. In fact, I hardly post now a days, but I've noticed how the power of prayer can make miracles and I need one.

I am in the process of celling my house. Its been a long, difficult process and it has taken a lot out of me financially and emotionally. I can't take it no more. We are schedule to close, for the 3er time this Friday at 10am, but it all depends on the buyer, who been a total ass. I need this closing to happen and I been praying for it. I need all the prayer I can take please.

If your house doesn't close, there's may be a benefical reason for it. Instead of praying for it to sell, please pray for the outcome to be whatever is in the best interest of the souls involved. Sometimes when you get what you pray for, it turns out not to be what was best for you or others involved. Let me give you an example. Maybe your buyer didn't really have the down payment money. But because so many people prayed for the closing to happen, one of his family tragically dies, leaving him the insurance money for not only your house, but a nice funeral also. Prayer is powerful and should be used wisely. When you pray for something in particular, you usually get opportunities to develop the traits necessary to bring about the change you desire. So never pray for patience; you'll get opportunities to develop it! Instead acknowledge that God knows your needs and express your faith in knowing he won't let you starve. Instead of being desperate, express to anyone who will listen that you know it will sell because it is priced right, clean, and prepared for sale. Positivity attracts better than desperation. Trust fosters cooperation. I am not trying to be a know-it-all, just wanted to share another perspective for you to think about.

Prayers that the buyer will be so thankful for the opportunity to buy your home that they will change their attitude and be helpful instead of being a pain in your *ss!

All is well appreciated. Its been hard...

The buyer has given a down payment and has 90% of the mortgage approved, so my ex and I decided to finance the rest but he don't want us to charge interest. That is crazy, we are not getting our money at once to be able to invest or do whatever we want, and he just want a give away. So with the threat that he will loose his down payment, he finally is communicating and we'll see what comes up on Friday, so yes lets pray for whatever the result is, be it for the best of me and my children.
