Nowadays, most of the women undergo " surgery" or any other ways of enhancing their physical features( eyes, eyebrows, eyelashes, nose, facelift, breast, butt, complexion). Is it important?
(for the women)
Do we need this(above mention) to attract men?
(for men)
Is it important for you that your partner is beautiful, attractive, sexy and flawless?

When I was a teen, I might have said it was important to me, but only because when you're a teenager, you think more about looks. As I grew older, looks became less important. I just mainly care about whether he's a nice person to be around. He could have a beautiful body, yet if he was bossy or narky, I'd be running out the door pretty fast. drinker

I think most of the women who surgically enhance their bodies do it for love or money.

I think for the actresses you mentioned it’s a career decision. They either feel, or maybe have been told, that more career options are available for someone with a more crowd pleasing face or figure. I’m sure it’s a very competitive career path.

I believe other women chose plastic surgery or weight loss techniques to gain an upper hand in the dating arena. I believe they think that if you don’t look like a princess how will you ever land the handsome prince?

Short of correcting a real physical disfigurement, I can’t even imagine have your own body altered, but my career does not depend on my looks and I’d rather my partner were my prince BECAUSE he loves me with all my flaws. Now THAT I wouldn't trade for even Brad Pitt!

and i've never looked at Brad Pitt as ''handsome'',not even George Clooney-yet,i have heard women oooooohhing and aaaahhhhing about thes two!!
More and more women are actually taking this path....although,some just have self esteem issues! Others are following what is trending-i hear JLo's boot is most copied?? Ha ha ha haa
I knew a young woman who altered her whole body....she was a rich young woman, married to a surgeon(no,he didnt perform these OPs)-she was black as night, but got injections and at time of her death, she was a''white'',with blonde hair(implants), a cute nose and an African body! She killed herself mid last year!! I guess she was too discontented with her natural African color and wanted so bad to be white,it ate her up inside?? Btw,her husband was white, and ''supported'' her in her quest!!

I agree that most women don't do this because of the costs but I won't lie that if I had the money I would have surgery done but not for love but to make myself feel better. Men say they don't want women having this type of surgery but they are very visual so if a woman isn't beautiful; they won't be interested in her. Sad; but its just a fact of life.

Beauty on the outside is important for physical attraction and its just human nature but that will never top their personality basically I would want a woman who is beautiful on the outside but who's inside is just as or more beautiful. I hate it when women try to get implants and tan to look a certain way they take away the very thing that makes them special

I'd prefer more women took better care of themselves. Obesity is a real problem.

I would like to enhance my looks too by surgery (esp. my boobs, nose, eyes) but chose not to, because in the long run it would not only cost me a hell of money but also when yah get old you would see the worst effect of it. I have seen women who had nose lift or botox (face lift) during their younger years and when they got older their beautiful adorable face turned to a horrible terrible monster. So, I decided to be happy with what I have. Better keep it natural, well I do put make up & false eyelashes at times.

Make up and false eyelashes are okay for. I use that too. There is really an extension of lashes and brow transplant.

It is not needed in most part. People do it for different reason but there are different things to improve ones looks. Surgery is often the default because other ways require work over time. A lot of people want a pill that gets rid of all the extra weight in one day instead of exercising over a few months.

I can understand if you have a deformity do to birth defects or accidents that you may want to correct it. I can even understand if you want to remove a mole or get rid of a unibrow. I am not a fan of fake breast or butts. I will take small and natural over big and fake any day.
