One can only hope, but it just seems like your asking a criminal to convict himself..... they're all corrupt and in this shyte together taking the banker money to promote their illegal, anti-constitutional agendas!

Just one domino tumbles and the whole works comes down because these fools will implicate each other to save their own skins.... but then, why would they worry when they are the controlling power, and the whole lot is corrupt to the core!

Hell, they won't even send a banker to jail over the collapse of the economy, bank fraud, or something as large as LIBOR!

It won't go anywhere, he hasn't done anything dastardly enough to get impeached.

If destroying the constitution or just flat ignoring it isn't treason, and treason isn't enough..... what is?

He's not destroying the Constitution. That's just a Republican talking point. He's issued a few executive orders, but that's not unprecedented. You'll have to do better than that.

That said, the threshold for impeachment is so vague that Congress could impeach him for any or no reason at all. Also, the post above is right in that it won't go anywhere. Republicans in the house can impeach him every day and twice on Sunday, and the Democrats in the Senate would just vote it down.

I guess preserving, protecting and defending the Constitution was becoming a bit too hard for Obama...The country was probably too much to manage, so the DHS courteously made his Job easier by reducing the area where his oath applies:

It's "grasping at straws". But I agree.

They're ALL getting desperate...except the bankers of course...They've placed themselves above the reach of the law.

Maybe along with impeaching Obama, you should "fire" the Fed and let them take the hit for the economy they destroyed.

That strategy worked rather well for Iceland:

We usually say 'clutching' here, but it doesn't matter.

Folks, the link in the OP goes to a blog entry dated November of last year, and I have yet to find any evidence that an actual impeachment bill was introduced in Congress. That sort of thing would have been all over the national news if it had happened.

So, it is going overboard to say that Republicans are grasping at straws, because there is no evidence verifying what is claimed at the linked-to site. In short, the Republican Party is not attempting to impeach President Obama.

It appears to me that this thread is just another expression of Obama Derangement Syndrome on the part of an individual.

I don't know what Obama Derangement Syndrome is but, I want more of it.
