Morning everyone! It's been rainy and cold here the last several days...Hurry up summer!! Not doing much today, maybe read a book a friend sent me, he writes SiFi stories.. Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Do they have sugar free roy? Going to try. And reduce my sugar, beef and dairy. Morning peeps Natural sugar substitute "STEVIA". Plant based available in some grocery stores & health food sources. An alternative.

But I'm looking for a protien bar for breakfast, give me some energy And sugar fee. found some low sugar ones.

Good morning, friends. It was nice to have two days off work. I got to spend some time with my aunt on the floor. We were in front of her big new flat screen television. She is the one who gave me the big 55 inch Mitsubishi projection television. She has a drawer full of connecting wires. She has two flat screen televisions with a smaller one in her bed room and the larger one in her living room. But when I got the projection television her DVD/VCR combo wouldn't work on her big flat screen in the living room. It doesn't have all the ports like the projection television. So she is trying to connect old technology to new. The new flat screen has HDMI ports and RCA ports. The RCA ports are already taken up by the Dishnet box and there is no HDMI to hook up the flat screen with the combo. The flat screen does have a cable connection that will hook up to the combo. I will try again to tackle this nightmare, today.
