...looking in the mirror you realize, "MY GOD, I HAVE GOT A FAT AZZ!!!" What do you do? Panic is an applicable answer! Personally I would probably take a marker and write 'wide load' on my backside! That would inspire me to work that backside off!

I have been lucky and blessed enough to inherit my mothers side of the family remarkable metabolism. I don't want to risk it though so I do have a morning workout ritual that some people believe is crazy, but it works for me.

No problem....I would realize it was just a nightmare....smile at the fact I got a great body...then jump into my thongitard and go take my dog for a walk. I got better odds of being a Chinese jet pilot than having a fat @$$.
