Another excellent thread.
I attract 2 types the most: 1. Men who are on the conservative side, who are into the stereotypical gender roles. Oldschool, who may view being with me as an accomplishment, a trophy to have. 2. Men who have a preference/fetish for either my cultural background or are significantly younger than me who generally like older women for whatever reason. I do give them a fair chance if there is mutual interest and attraction. This however usually proves problematic because we discover how incompatible we are. In both cases I experience a lack of appreciation for my individuality. I find myself confined to a specific role and feel like any other qualities or aspects of my personality that’s beyond this role or expectation gets lost. |

Lately (and eons ago) before I got married I've run into men who seem to have a very short checklist and bare minimum requirements...It goes like this: "Is she okay looking? Does she seem nice?" If so she'll "do!"...I could be wrong but this is how it seems to me...It's one thing to order a dish we've never tried before in a restaurant. (Because it's a "one-shot" experience.)...But hooking-up with someone I barely know isn't my "cup of tea!".. It's too risky! How do you feel about it?

I tend to attract women that scare themselves into thinking that they're not good enough for me, it gets old.

I attract men that are way too younger than me, and men that are way too older than me. This is rather so unfortunate for me lol.

I don't know that I attract just one kind of man, as they all seem pretty different. |

I always attract the career type of girl. More brains, more money and more ambition. I'm sure that's a sign of sorts but haven't figured it out yet. So my pattern is always to try and remain her number 1 priority which, you surely guessed, never works in the long term. Work or projects always rule in the end.

Creepy foreign waitresses who hang around my table, tell me when they get off work and call me BlueEyes in really loud voice. I had to ask one if there was something I could do for her because she was just standing there watching me eat.
