Funny you mention that. About two years ago I almost went out with a guy that is a teacher...Well till I googled his user name on yahoo and seen the nude pictures he had posted on the site... Yeah that was my dealings with almost dating a Teacher

But would I date one why not they are no different then anyone else. A Job does not make the person!!

I dated the head of a special education department once. She ranks in the top two nuttiest women I have ever dated. I don't think that had to do with her profession though. She married her therapist- how is that for ethics.
the only profession I actually shy away from are nurses. I have dated a lot of nurses and they all want to give you pills for every little thing without telling you what it is, "trust me, I am a nurse!"- two examples: passing out in a bathtub after being given Oxycodone and passing out for two days after being given Klonopin to help me sleep.

I don't understand. Dating a teacher OR dating my teacher? There is a big difference. If you are asking about dating my teacher, I say, wait until the class is over and she is no longer my teacher. Otherwise, it can get complicated.

Hm, I've never heard of this bias either. If he was a liberal, open minded, caring person who was interested in me and I'm interested in him and I'm attracted to him then yes, I'd date him. But as we all know our profession doesn't do us justice as far as who we are as an individual.
