Topic: On Time or Late?

Are you normally on time to things, or are you usually running late? If you run late, do you usually call and let them know? Does it happen often? Does it bother you if you're on time and others are late?

I am always on time and I have gotten used to others being late so it doesn't bother me anymore

I am always on time and I have gotten used to others being late so it doesn't bother me anymore I'm usually on time or a little early. If someone is running late and calls, I'm ok with that. Those who are late all the time and don't bother to call? It gets old quickly.

If I'm going to be late due to traffic or something, I try to let the person know. So not cool, but does happen sometimes...

I am always on time, I make the effort. I am never late, while others generally are. I hate that they do not respect my time as they do their own.

If I'm going to be late due to traffic or something, I try to let the person know. So not cool, but does happen sometimes... Sometimes being late is out of your hands. Letting the other person know is a good idea, though.

Before the days of the cell phone, while I was married to my third wife, I went on a weekend bender with an old girlfriend. Come Sunday night I figured it was time to go home. Called her from a pay phone and told her not to pay the ransom. I had just escaped. I called as soon as I could.

At a previous job, I used to run meetings a lot. There were certain people who were late all the time. They never said a word about it unless we started without them. I never understood that. You're late, but you expect people to wait for you?

I always plan to be early but the reality is late happens on rare occasions. I always let people know if I am running late.

I try HARDER the higher a priority it is or the more of an inconvenience my absence will pose,, like a classroom or a job or a date I dont sweat it as hard if it isnt a priority, necessity, or inconvenience to someone like a party, or a 'gathering', or a picnic, or all day event,,,etc,,,

Depends. Hot gal, early or on time. Dentist appointment, late as I can be without missing it. Ah, I try to be on time to appointments, as I hate when they make me wait. If I show up late, they will have moved onto someone else and I will have to wait even longer.
