Expendables 2
- lots of fun, ridiculous action/blowing things up. Works as a sequel or if you've never seen the first one you can still keep up.

Trouble With The Curve
- Who doesn't like an Eastwood flick? Feel good ending.

Killer Joe
- I may win the prize for bringing home the weirdest little movie of the season! Billed as a American Southern Gothic Dark Comedy...it features Matt McConaughey's *** for the ladies, full frontal nudity for the guys, and a twisted plot.

Evil Dead, Evil Dead II, Army Of Darkness. Great trilogy. Sad we won't be getting an Evil Dead 4, now we're getting an Evil Dead remake minus an Ash.

My all time favorite Bruce Campbell performance is him as an elderly Elvis living in a rundown retirement home in Bubba Ho Tep. He's also hilarious as a drunk, obnoxious version of himself in My Name Is Bruce.

yeah... I watched My Name is Bruce.. it just didn't seem to shine after the ED/AoD series.. at least it didn't to me.. he's not a preferred actor so didn't delve too deeply into his films.. ohwell

Brick, to me it is like a teenage Maltese Falcon. BTW, I believe the writer of they call me Bruce (or its sequel) was "Ross Jefferies" who is also considered the father of the PUA movement

They Call Me Bruce is a different movie than My Name Is Bruce.

I used to watch They Call Me Bruce over and over as a kid, it was my favorite movie next to Super Fuzz at the time.

I was disappointed that he didn't fight vampires or zombies in this one. What a let down.

Fun flicks. Time travel, humor, action, and zombies...er...I mean trancers. Tim Thomerson and Helen Hunt have great chemistry, sadly Trancers 3 is her last appearance in the Trancers franchise.

And there's 3 more, though Trancers 6 is horrible. Part of what makes these films fun is Tim Thomerson as Jack Deth, but part 6 was about his daughter and the actress is bad.

6? SIX? really?? wow.. surprising they got that far.. typically after 3 it's over.. OR it's a Miniseries on TV laugh

it was the actor I thought it was.. I've never really seen him as being a lead.. nope.. not my type.. and probably why I haven't seen any of them..

you have selective memory.. I have very selective tastes laugh

I've always been a big fan of low budget B-flicks, more often they end up being more entertaining than the majority of big budget Hollywood mainstream releases.

Red Baron on Netflex has been the best movie I've seen in awhile.
