It was a good one!  How did the meeting go Glenda? Hey hey yeah Glenda how did it go?whoa I was literally keys in hand walking out the door when I got a call asking if I could reschedule for Monday when I'm seeing the other Exec. They were very apologetic but chit happens and this will be fine and still before my vacation (they asked to work around my schedule, which is very nice.) SO...back to quilting that one I bartered... (Hey, Vivian, I'm still going to send you some fabric for that embroidery as soon as I can get into the guest/sewing room and dig through my stash! The kiddo's living in there now...) |

I just can't resist it.... My search terms on Zoost were Women interested in Men·ages 38+ages 38 to 48·within 50 miles of Weston, TX And it returned a 59-year old man! 74 miles away! It's too funny! Bob |

The kiddo's living in there now...) Just let me know when to expect it. Will do! I just/finally finished the applique work...30 flower blocks and FORTY TWO Sue's...for a twin size. That is about 3x as many as normal but this design is special, original and warranted the extra work. I'll probably have to write the pattern for publication. This is the first I've ever done for "money" (even though it was technically trade.) I only gift quilts and make baby quilts for charity. Not sure I'd ever make this a practice...but I do care about the recipient, so it's still a special project. |
