No, I've told people about this site, and have had people I know join.

They would be stunned that my profile is short and not mouthy. If they read my stuff in the forums, they would really be confused by the fact tht I am way more polite here and cuss a whole lot less than in actual life.

This came up because I was chatting with someone who said he removed his picture, because a coworker had found his profile. I asked him why and he said it was embarrassing and awkward. I pointed out that his coworker also had a profile and he said it didn't matter, that it was embarrassing. I don't feel this way. It doesn't bother me, but I was curious as to what others thought. |

I did not see it as anything to hide. A couple of the reactions though would have made someone think it was a porn site of some sort, so go figure. |

Nope, not at all. Heck my kids know I'm on this site and have been for a long time... They just shake their head and say well if that makes you happy...
But then they also know about the meets I have bee on and think it is neat that I at least get out once in a while and do something...
