Thank you Everyone  I've been crazy busy helping my daughter move. Hopefully soon I will be able to send more time online. I miss all my mingle friends. My weight is still steadily decreasing. I'm at 260 !!! Hope you all are don't well, HUGS to all
Hi Penny - although I don't know you, and having only just read through this thread - I wanted to just congratulate you and wanted to offer my encouragement too: I lost weight before and after having my daughter (around 90 pounds and I am really short) and a few friends of mine have had a gastric bypass - life changes drastically in a positive way - as do your motivation, your lust for life, your energy levels and the list goes on and on and on! Keep up the good job and huge CONGRATULATIONS - YOU are amazing!!!!!

Hi every one. SORRY Haven't been on much lately. Been busy became a grandma again. A little boy. Had gallbladder surgery last month. Still walking now avatage 3 miles a day. Last weigh in I was at 230!!!

Good morning everyone:) I'm sorry I'm not on Mingle much, I've had a lot going on. But I sure miss you all,and hope everyone is doing well. I Wanted to share some of the ways my life has changed since loosing weight and becoming healthier.
At 404 I could barely walk,any thing more than 100 feet would leave me in pain and out of breath. On Monday I walked 3 miles without stopping to rest. I no longer have to use a scooter buggy when I go grocery shopping. I can now look down and see my feet. I can tie my shoes. I can shop for clothes in the regular size dept. Not the plus size. I can sit in a booth at a restaurant,a movie theater seat,a plastic outdoor chair and not be comfortable,and not fear it will break. I can now leave food on my plate and walk away. I now automatically choose high low carb snacks over chips or sweets Most importantly . .I love myself . I'm happy with who I am and that makes the biggest difference. |
