One Step
one step was a challenge,one step was a feat it took all i had just to get up on my feet. every day I i tried again with faith,perseverance, I would win one step turned into two,two into four before long I could walk out the door out the door, down the hall sit and rest on that wall up again walk some more this is my life im fighting for walk to the pool,go for a swim so i will be healthy and trim my journey is not over,but i am well on my way it started with one step,I walk 2 miles today no stopping to rest,no out of breath, no lagging behind lots of inner pride,and peace of mind for those of you struggling to, take that first step-if I can do it So can you! *A journey of a thousand miles, begins with one step *- Tao Te Ching |

Its good you want to be healthy. Remember God loves you as you are and you have a pretty face and you seem to have a nice personality. Most of us like to eat and its nurturing for us to eat and so much of the food on offer today is full of calories . I find that one thing which works for me if I don't want to put on weight is to eat rice cakes and bananas as snacks . Hope your weight loss goes well |

Changing the way one eats, is never easy, When I started this journey, I started by changing one thing at a time. Now I eat mainly high protein, low carb. lots of fresh veggies. I don't usually do rice cakes,and avoid most pasta and breads, due to the carb. content. and have to watch how much fruit, because of the sugar content,. I can manage about half a banana in one sitting. Too much of anything sweet, even if its a natural sugar, makes my stomach a little queasy since i have had the surgery. I'm glad to hear that your making healthy choices for you. |

Hey everyone. I've been crazy busy lately getting ready for my new grand daughter. She will be here any day!! My daughter is scheduled to be induces the 21st. if she doesn't go into labor before them. I've been walking a lot more, Still swimming as much as possible before the water gets to cold. I weighted in this morning. |
