hello all,
my older son got shot on Friday, and he is in the hospital.
he got shot on his legs and in one of them the bone was broken by the bullet, he had surgery Saturday and Im so worried that he wont be able to walk.. the Doctor said he will be able to walk but never the same,, I love my baby, he is 24 y/o but still my baby,, , please pray for his recovery and the success of the surgery. Please.

I was a drive by shooting around the corner from my house he was standing outside with his friends and they shot at them, thank God only 2 got shot and it was on their legs, I thank the Lord for not letting my son die, but he still needs prayers he is in lots of pain and so am I

Oh my gosh Morena!! I will most certainly pray for him, and you.I will also pray that the people who did this travesty will be found and be remorseful and ready to claim their comeupance. Carlos will be okay as long as he believes and you make him stay in the right frame of mind.
I will also pray that the other younin will be okay as well.

my sons are my life, and I almost lost one, this word is forgotten I guess we are not praying enough, for peace on earth, there are so many drive by shootings everywhere, and we don't pay attention until it happens to us, is so painful and hard to deal with, specially when you don't even know why and who, is sad that the future are in the hands of so many lost children, that all they think about is hurting each other.

PS. I have one son (adopted) that just got out of the service, thank God. I have one son (blood) that is due to get out in August. I am holding my breath. I realize your fear. Though it be a little different. It is still fear of losing a child.I can't wait til I can breathe a deep and relieved breath.
