As Kaleijoscope said, they have to find out first.. an email is quicker :-) MutualMatch is a good starter, you don't feel like you are hanging out there. But often people do not check in until they get a reason :-)

What sucks is most of the women in my area are not active on here, i also have seen a few that i knew in school, thats always kinda cool I have emailed a few, no responses yet but i only joined just the other day lol.

Well matched a number of ladies now and messaged them but alas still no reponses! beginning to think that I might be alone on here haha either that or I'm either dog ugly or they are just not interested! Still I shall keep on trying : ) so I'll give it another couple of weeks then I shall just give it up as a bad job.

I'd say it's pretty much hit and miss. It's up to you if you want to give up on that or not. I don't get many responses to my emails either, but one of these days I might get lucky,and find a mutual attraction. I'd say don't give up yet,heck if anything,you might find some awesome friends

You have to approach this with the right attitude. It's like a video game. You're at level 1 when you send a first message. If you get a reply, congratulations! You're now at level 2. If you don't, try again. You wouldn't expect to beat a video game on the first few tries would you? Why should this be any different? Have fun!
