Damn this single thing sucks i have been to meet 3 different guys in the past month the first guy just up and walks out of the place when i walk in the second guy when i walked up to him and said hi he looks at me and says goodbye and the third one i was going to meet tonight and he never showed up is this a game they like to play or what i mean i sent them pics of me before we met so they knew what i looked like i mean they could of just said no i dont want to meet you or not have invited me out WHAT THE HELL am i that ugly????????

Sorry to hear about it. I've had a few guys flake on me recently too. They just have no respect for people's time and lack a true heart to get to know you for who you are. Don't worry, a good man will come your way. Just have patience! (Or at least that's what I keep telling myself too. :)

There are good guys out there, don't know why they were such jerks. Agree with whoever said take a long time to get to know them. And, make them come to you, don't go to them.

Just make sure you know them really well before you agree to meet them, talk to them for a while, and on the phone, get to know as much about them as you can, find out that they are not superficial jerks and let them know that you are real and genuine. Other than that, not sure what else you can do other than weed out the jerks. Guess it is better to find out they are creeps in the beginning and not be led on for a date or two and then treated this way.

Ok, I have to add my two cents here and play devils advocate.
First off, yes, it sucks that those guys stood you up. But, please keep in mind, that it is NOT YOU. I have plenty of guy friends that go through the same thing that we go through. It's pretty even.
All the replies here are pretty much perfect. Those guys that stood you up....are idiots and not worth a damn. There ARE decent 'people' out there. They are few and far between, but they are there. You just have to forget about those that aren't worth it and move onto the ones that are.
