How do you KNOW God doesnt exist? There is no scientific proof one way or another. So im guessing that your basing that on a "gut feeling"...right? this means you KNOW that God is one of them? Hmmmmmmmmm. Wheres your proof? You have non, your going on a belief that has no scientific evidence. Wheres my proof? I have non, im going on a belief that has no scientific evidence. ITS CALLED A GUT FEELING, when you cant prove it but you just believe it. Do you believe in unicorns? If not can you prove they dont exist, or didnt exist either. No, you cant...therefore you would be basing that on an unfounded, unproved belief... A GUT FEELING. That is unless you base your beliefs on what other people say, and not on your own accordance... which im not thinking you do babe. And if you do, why are we even having this discussion? Its moot! |

Not true, the bible is merely history, besides revelations. God speaks to you if you listen, again the scriptures are only there to give the history, and a few prophecies of the future. Cowboy...if you are hearing voices...it may be sypmtoms of something other than God ...go talk about it to a preist and tell him that you are hearing voices and could it possibly be God ...he most likely will have no choice but to suggest that you first get it checked out medically not trying to be funny...but it is the same procedure that the church would demand take place before they intervene in any types of this situations because if you are actually hearing the voice of God...then you're up there with Moses and that's Sainthood ...St. Cowboy but if you wish to insist on claiming that it's God but don't get it authenticated....then it's Hubris |

Where does it say, other than in the Bible, that loving Jesus Christ MAKES YOU A CHRISTIAN. IT DOESNT. loving Jesus or loving anyone wouldn't make you a Christian...but for those that follow the teachings of Jesus it makes them a "Jew"...Jesus was Jewish...Jesus was teaching Judaism |

IT DOESNT. loving Jesus or loving anyone wouldn't make you a Christian...but for those that follow the teachings of Jesus it makes them a "Jew"...Jesus was Jewish...Jesus was teaching Judaism What are you talking about? Yes this is exactly what "faith" is. Someone that doesn't believe in God, doesn't mean they don't have faith. They have just placed their faith in there not being a God. There is no such thing as a "faithless" person. Yes a faithless in God person, but none the less on a general note, there is no such thing as a "faithless" person. They just have chosen to place their faith elsewhere. Cowboy...how is claiming that non-believers having faith in something other than God...has anything to do with the grace of your God? you have just place something else above your God and given it your Faith this is why Faith only applies to a belief in God not a dis-belief... |

That could range from having faith in your relationship, faith your car will make it to the gas station with the amount it has, faith you'll get the job you been fighting to get, ect ect."Faith" in general, has absolutely NOTHING to do with God purely. God wants you to put your faith in him, but that is because he wishes to have a relationship with you. And what are you talking about? Placing something above God? I placed nothing above God, my entire faith goes into God. I have no other faith but the faith of God. I have no faith I will eat later if not by the grace of God, I have no faith I'll even make it till tomorrow but by the grace of God. |
