MsH and Dragonese must be sleeping..... Haven't heard yet how this doesn't mean anything, and how our constitutional lawyer, dictator would never allow it to be used, and would never destroy our constitution or bill of rights. What does it take to make people go ? He's going thru our constitution and bill of rights with a red pen saying "this doesn't work for me...." and nobody cares! Guess our country isn't going to hell fast enough to suit some people!

The loss of freedom comes in small bites. Oddly, the bites are larger now. Most of your freedoms are already gone. Let a thousand Americans, armed with guns, march on DC, in protest, and see what happens. This would have been considered "a right" 200 years ago.
