Only one of my boys has a tattoo (that I know of, as of today) He got it the day after he turned 18. He had it put just above his T-shirt sleeve line (for future employer's sake). It took me a YEAR before I saw it accidentally one day. he was sleeping on the sofa and I thought it was dirt or a bruise or something
 Seems it was the family secret
