because we all know that love is something which is within the heart.
however, for me i need to love a person with my brain.
what do i mean?
I have to know this person, analyze this person. I see pros and cons. I try to balance them. I always try to see if this person is worth the time.
And when i finally feel satisfied i start sending signals to my heart, so it starts feeling love for this person.
But while i'm exploring this person, i still care for her, the only thing is that if it does not work for me is like just another day.
It took me several months until i can finally i can release the feeling from the heart.
is that good or bad?

I agree with you. Loving with the heart sounds all romantic and maybe it is but it takes more than that in my opinion. You have to KNOW the person and understand the person and without that you really cant completely love from the heart. Atleast thats how I feel, if that even made sense of course.

i love with both, and when i love it wi fully with both.. i analyze and think through and also feel it inside, also you forgot the chemical attraction that is also importaint.. not saying that looks are everything, but atraction is a factor in love and diferent ppl are attracted t different.....

Walker, I think that's called paying attention to who you truly are and who they truly are. I read somewhere once if it it wasn't an absolute yes, the answer had to be no. I think you're talking about the same concept just phrasing it differently.

I used the heart 1st then I balance the pros and cons but hence the problem the heart wants to love even if the brain is saying not a good idea. when that happens it becomes hard to rationalize.
now that I am little wiser I TRY to grab the facts before the heart can start in but it can be very difficult.
