I'm still young. But the one's younger than me think I'm old.  Yeah, they like to throw the "old" cards at me.

Went to a Beach Boys concert a few years back. Guy next to me said....Do we look as old as all those other people in the crowd???  
I go to Tool and Soundgarden concerts. My son and his friends get a kick out of me cuz I like Metalica. I had to inform them they have been around for a long time! Not too long ago I saw Metallica labeled as classic rock somewhere and I was like WTF! Then I realized how long ago 1981 was...... it's weird you should say that because I was just remembering the other day that I when I first learned of Metallica was when I ran into a friend at a local gas station and he was wearing a Metallica T Shirt - my now married son was in a car seat in the car.....

I think I am old. This makes sense:
What does reverse stereo do? I have a mac and I watch lots of tv shows/movies on it - using VLC. I just wanted to know what the reverse stereo feature changes. I can hear a distinct change, but I'd like techy people to explain it to me. It flips sounds that come from your right to the left, and vice-versa. Not very usefull, unless you have your headphones on wrong.

getting harder to read texts even though i have a billion pairs of
reading glasses and 4 sets of bifocals.....*sigh* even with the big sized print....

More than a few years ago I was talking with my 81 year old grandmother(R.I.P.) and I said to her "I can't believe I'm going to be 33 I still feel like I'm 18" and she said "You always feel that way"

More than a few years ago I was talking with my 81 year old grandmother(R.I.P.) and I said to her "I can't believe I'm going to be 33 I still feel like I'm 18" and she said "You always feel that way" that gave me chills for some reason, i suppose knowing that this feeling of not "feeling" our age, stays with us right up to that end (r.i.p. to your grandmother ).
i'm sure it might be a little awkward wheeling my chair into that slayer concert tho... :)- |
