Topic: Older men, younger girls? | |
---|---|
I'm always judged for "looking" at older men. I'm 18, and the age range I usually like to go for is 25-35. I don't see how it is something so bad. Age is nothing to me, it's about the person :)

Whether or not it's bad depends on your motive.

Limitations keep you in the dark a lot of the time. Your motives are great. It really is all about who they are, and damn it I say go for it! You may find that amazing guy who rocks your world. IMO, that's what I call a fo shiz relationship.

David, Thank you :)
Mariah, Thanks! If the personality is right then age doesn't matter at all! |

Age is nothing to me, it's about the person :) its about emotional maturity generally I think age means less when people are of general college aged (between 18 and 24), I was already in college at 16 so to date someone attending the same school as me would have meant dating an 'older' person in most cases biologically, but we would have still been on the same social and intellectual level as peers |

OMG can he have a functioning personality? Now THIS I'd like to see. You know I mean? Its ok to have, err, up to 7 long term ones, trade offs if you will. But I feel like the default ones must be a funny-bone related: Moe, Larry and Curly. No one cares about Shemp. :)

LOL!! For real! ;)

The real questions here are; if age means nothing to you, why do you "usually like to go for" guys who are seven to seventeen years older than you. And why would a thirty-five year old guy want to "hang out or possibly have a relationship" with an eighteen year old?

No one cares about Shemp. :) Wrong!! Oh my Lanta I forgot, RIP. That was too soon. |

If I were to find someone younger or older than that then so be it. But that's the general age that I find myself "looking" at. |

Most older men can provide for themselves, and have themselves established. |

Perhaps every guy under 25 that she knows is a jerk.

No one cares about Shemp. :) Wrong!! Oh my Lanta I forgot, RIP. That was too soon. Lou Costello cared, which is why Shemp was in several Abbott & Costello movies. Sam Raimi cared, which is why he coined the term "fake shemp" which is used in most of his movies as a way to describe any actor who was a stand-in. |

Age is nothing to me, it's about the person :) The people judging you have no business saying anything. They're not you, they haven't led your life, they're not in charge of making decisions for you. Everybody has their own preferences, and it's nobody's place to say anyone else's preferences are wrong. I hear it all the time, and I've gotten to the point that I just ignore it. |

Perhaps every guy under 25 that she knows is a jerk. Eh...its all in how they carry themselves. A lot of people in my age group are really fake and boring. I never got on with them. |
