i was using pure stevia until the us fda made buying it impossible again
its tough getting pure brown cane sugar at a reasonable price anymore if it doesnt say 100% pure cane sugar its probably gmo beet sugar molasses and honey are very expensive now too truvia = not stevia owned by coca-cola dextrose neurotoxins purvia = owned by pepsico dextrose neurotoxins stevia in the raw = owned by sweet-n-low dextrose neurotoxins thats like buying vitamins off a crack dealer no wonder everyones sick they took away all of the healthy choices |

Sugar in the Raw

I quit using sugar over a year ago and I never eat it except what's in stuff. I've lost 20 pounds in the last year.

Sugar in the Raw Great stuff! |
I buy soft brown, white sugar and unrefined can sugar.
The Unrefined sugar I use daily, the others I buy for a specific purpose such as baking. |
Most of the sugar I eat comes in the form of fruit, which I eat whole.
I too get a lot of my sugar from fruit. Try to avoid high fructose, but it's hard to do, it's in so many things.
I use nutraweet, the stuff you spoon out, on my cereal. However, I bought stevia yesterday and am looking forward to trying it. And honey in my tea. Get it from a local beekeeper, has the comb in the jar and everything. |
