The rapture is when God's children are relieved of this world. And after God's children are taken from this world all hell will break loose on the planet, almost in a literal sense. Then Satan will rein on this planet for 7 years I believe it was, not sure on the exact length. Then the second coming will happen and Satan, his angels, and his followers will be cast into the everlasting lake of fire.

First of all the bible doesn't have when it's gonna happen,but gives details of why and how it's gonna happen.Furthermore the guy who supposively wrote Revelations is sort of a mystery.Who is this John dude?Also Jesus himself never mentions anything about the Rapture.The rapture written by this mysterious John dude is his view of what might happen.Also it's in the New Testament which means Christians believe this will happen,y'all started it.

It almost as if the guys were sitten at the table writing the bible and seen that John was being left out.So the guys felt bad and tell him "John how bout you finish the New Testament with a story about a rapture,huh what do you think John?"John replies,"I don't know guys.....ok ok i'll do it,but it's gonna be scary."The rest reply "John you polish our crosses we have no problem with what you'll write."So he wrote revelations.
