leave? Just curious, I keep hearing how lively this place was a while back...how you ever left and came back?

I have deactivated, twice I think, after getting my feelings hurt. You have to tell yourself, it is NOT the site, but some people within that can make you feel this way. Most people do not see the site as a permanent hang-out. They want to find someone and move on. It is always surprising to them, I think, to find that they WANT to be here, relationship in place or not. It is just cool.

oh yes. this place blows. so i figure, why stick around? once i leave i realize my life blows quite more though, so i come back. /:

I really miss a lot of those who are gone now. Most of their profiles are still up, they just don't come and play anymore. Thank goodness for facebook! I'll disappear for a few months, never really 'leave.'

In the beginning I got a little miffed only cause I didn't understand the repartee flow people got going on here. I still don't understand but I guess that's the fun of it.

Yep.... I stepped away when I went through manopause. (it sucked) Wasn't pleasant company at that time and didn't want to be a drag. But, I got over it and came back only to unexpectedly get b!tch slapped with the love I never thought I would find. Go figure. Lotsa people bail for lotsa reasons. Disappointment, lack of patience, meeting someone who aint "all dat and a bag o chips"....
