How awkward is this really? Sex is amazing don't get me wrong, just imagine meeting someone for one thing and not wanting more. Especially if you're talking them, hence the friends part. Don't know where the benefits come in, personally I think people who can pull that off flawlessly, still baffles me. I can get behind being friends but having sex with them would make me feel cheap; like I was just a piece of meat to them. If I am going to have sex; there has to be romance involved. my FWB with my ex is painful for me,
but I do not want to give it up. I am still in some type of love with her, as much as you can be with someone who cheats and lies. I do not want to be in a relationship with her as that just don't work. FWB works great for the most part, other then a few feelings it kicks up here and there. I see her she fills that void for me and I take care of her needs and we go on with our lives. since she is already with someone else I have no hopes of reconnection and am fine with that. She knows I am looking for my special someone and that I do not believe in being with more then 1 women at a time. So It will end when I find someone or she finds someone she can't do this to. It is very messed up but I don't want it to change. But then again like I said I still have unwanted love for her so... I have no idea what my point is. ^^ was just discussing this on the phone with her so yeah sorry kinda of upset lol. |

I think they are, least they can be. People eventually want a connection. I'd like to hear your version of a FWB? To me it was always black or white, no grey. I didn't think it was anything more than what porn stars get paid to do. Not saying people who do that are tawdry, I don't know what else to compare it to. I don't have sex with my friends either.
