I would like to know how men feel about the having a relationship called,Friends with Benefits. If you met someone whom you really liked, and you both agreed that intimacy would be between only the two of you for safe sex purpose, could you deal with a relationship like that and if not why. Absolutely My Ideal..

Guess I should have read the post more thoroughly. This sounds like a casual relationship. FWBs are not about being exclusive to each other.

Not necessarily good friends, either. friends with benefits: Two friends who have a sexual realtionship without being emotionally involved. Typically two good friends who have casual sex without a monogomous relationship or any kind of commitment

Not necessarily good friends, either. friends with benefits: Two friends who have a sexual realtionship without being emotionally involved. Typically two good friends who have casual sex without a monogomous relationship or any kind of commitment

I have tried the FWB before and it's hard to do. Most men want the sex first and don't seem to want to work on the friendship part.

Usually the problem is one or the other ends up getting emotionally involved, even though that's a no no in FWB relationships, and someone gets hurt. Tried it once with an ex and he couldn't handle it. Although I know others that it works well for. Guess it just depends on the people.

Don't know where the benefits come in, personally I think people who can pull that off flawlessly, still baffles me.

every one wants a good friend to share few things and wnats suggessions, encouragive, relaxation, good conversation for the success. I never seen any one success with out good friends hence communicating

How awkward is this really? Sex is amazing don't get me wrong, just imagine meeting someone for one thing and not wanting more. Especially if you're talking them, hence the friends part. Don't know where the benefits come in, personally I think people who can pull that off flawlessly, still baffles me. I can get behind being friends but having sex with them would make me feel cheap; like I was just a piece of meat to them. If I am going to have sex; there has to be romance involved. If a guy is a friend; then there is no romance between us. I guess for some; as long as they get sex; it doesn't matter whether there are romantic feelings.
