Dear diary......its been a long time since I had cool cash in my hands.......its all about cards now.......sad really that you can't keep money in your purse or a co worker will steal from you!

American express. Accepted everywhere. Except this restaurant. And that clothing store. And the coffee shop at the end of the street. And that shoe store. And that parts store. Or that boutique shop. And the ticket booth. And my car dealership. American express. Accepted at a couple o places.

CASH .......accepted EVERYWHERE !! but ya noone tries to stick their fingers in MY purse!!

I've found a few places that wouldn't accept cash. Bell being one of them. Telus only has one spot in northern Alberta where they'll take cash as well. I think they're afraid the employees will steal it.
WTF is this world coming to when places refuse to handle legal tender? 
I don't have any credit cards anymore. Cash only. The only time it's a pain is for renting equipment. |

Dear diary.....credit cards are useful when YOUR car breaks down or when you need to buy plane tickets online.....or need that 80 inch flat screen tv!!!

I actually have one credit card , its a PREPAID master card I keep $40 bucks on it but only use it for hotel booking or rentals , they just need a valid credit card number for back up .......then I pay cash ....
I pay my telus bill at the bank ..with CASH ! I only pay CASH if ya dont like my money to bad for you ...lol

I do the same purple. Cash at the bank and actually go see the tellers. It's nice because I'm in a small town and I get to know them a little bit and there's always something to talk about. It's too bad the one lady I usually dealt with for the last three years is gone now. There's a few new faces including a new manager but they'll get used to my sense of humour eventually.
