Well what time frame we talking here? And has this "true love" really made a effort to come see his true love in physical form. If not... maybe the answer is starring you in the face.

Ask, instead, how much you love him, how far your eternal love radiates into the distance in all directions in the universe, how many people have a better than average day just becasue they see your glow, and revel in how happy and excited you are knowing that you love someone. |

Never mind how much he loves you. Be happy with your own excitement and feelings, and run with it. Don't let his deception, if any, kill the moment for you. Sing with the birds and soar with them... drop a bird-bomb on poopie people who envy you and want to bring you down, and that includes your own insecurities and fears.

If you have formed an emotional relationship with that person, then yes, I believe it is genuine. |

love at a distance wid someone u haven't met....difficult to say its love...mayb for a short time it can be carried on...but love is sharing ur daily life together and being together don't it.....now friendship and care at a distance.....dats totally possible....which one are u? :)

However, here is the problem I have run up against in LDR's. The person you think you are falling in love with may not be who they say they are. I am completely open to an LDR if that's where love is....but, after a very bad experience I am not going to commit to anything until I have met him in person. It's too easy to hide things like wives, drug addictions, serial killer tendencies...in an online relationship. |

love, when you want anothers happiness as much as your own
would you compromise or sacrifice towards that end ? to what degree? its easy to tell if you love them, but much more unpredictable to know if they love you,,, |

After 3 years online I now assume everyone is lying.

However, here is the problem I have run up against in LDR's. The person you think you are falling in love with may not be who they say they are. I am completely open to an LDR if that's where love is....but, after a very bad experience I am not going to commit to anything until I have met him in person. It's too easy to hide things like wives, drug addictions, serial killer tendencies...in an online relationship. I feel the same. Getting to know each other long distance is fine, but for there to be an actual relationship, you have to meet in person. Otherwise, it's just getting to know each other. |
