This place rocks i almost left the site until i came here to Forums & found you guys.I think both women and men alike are very playful funny,polite & good to one another.So why is it not like this on the dating site its self ? the people ther are not very friendly at all.I think i can be a ptetty funny guy on a clear day lol i joke and play around with women there all the time and never get a return hi go to hell or nothing yet a lote of the profile say make me laugh & i'm yours.Hey i'm glad i found you guys God bless and take care.Martin

Yeah, similar experience so far as well. I think the main problem however is that in forums people actually want to chat and get to know people where as, unfortunately, showing interest in someone's profile usually leads to a quick physical check and if they don't like that stupid picture then they just say 'see ya'. Wish it wasn't so much of a vanity thing, at least read their profile first ya know? But other than that yes - forums rock. :D

It takes patience with a site and work/commitment. You have to want to get to know people and some people come on expecting instant dates. Doesn't work that way. I am glad you're here to stay!

Well i dont know iv been on here about a year im just new to the forums area.Iv been on P.O.F. for 5 years,that place is really bad iv had women email me back on there telling me i was to ugly for them lol.

then you are better off, and now know who the real ugly ones are....just so you know Soufie is correct......you are more visible when you are in the forums......and maybe able to find your true love.....she gives excellent advice

Because, outside of the forum, it is just like any other dating site... the forums are the way to get to the people you know are active and social

I think peaple first look at your picture then go from there so we never even get a chance to begain with if they like your pic.They dont even open are profiles i think there just too lazy to read them unless there really turned on by your pic.

i do agree with that. i just wish if they like the pic at all they would, think 2 read all but u. looks do matter when you start to get to know some one for a posible date sum but asides from that i wish they would just say hi and ask if your file didnt work for them.

I do not bother with any of it. I am 100% forum friends. I do not go exploring that way on profiles. As you notice... I have not made a "ME" profile. If you want to know me... I am here in the forums. I turned off my IM... and rarely explore a random nudge. If someone can not make a real effort.. I am not interested.
