So, I thought I would ask you the opposite of that....

"What are the best things to talk about on a first date?"

Well beautiful, I like to get to know more about a lady. What she does for work, what are her kids interests, her interests,etc etc. I really like to know about a lady.

I think the appropriate things to discuss are their occupation (not salary) just to know.

What are their values and hobbies? What do they enjoy to do for fun? Just to know more about them and to get a feel for common interests.

I think values or morals is important for me to ask. I'll touch on it but not get so heavy into it if it makes them uncomfortable.

I am genuinely interested in who people are so anything that let's me learn more about them is all good...

who they are, what they care about, who they love, what they like to do, what inspires them... a lifetime of conversations

I say talk about whatever feels comfortable to you both...as much about each other as you care to reveal...BUT don't make it like an interview or and inquisition...The conversation should just flow natually and not be forced!!!!!!!!
