I just did a 26 km bike ride and a 3 km walk on Saturday. I think though the real test is not indulging in any of the Christmas treats. I actually lost 4 pounds.

I AM WAY BUMMED BECAUSE MY EXERCISE DVDS GOT PACKED IN THE GARAGE DUE TO THE FLOOD. I do yoga, I do strength training (my own body weight as resistance), I do walking DVDs, I do static stretches. I used to be big into aerobics, belly dancing and doing Carmen Electra Strip Tease and Lap Dance DVDs but I threw those away after the divorce when I had no one to amuse anymore.

Boxing, MMA lots of running and time in the gym doing circuits. I guess I am lucky to have a job that forces me to stay in great shape and train all the time
